Refund Policy
- We accept returns of glasses that are not damaged or scratched within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- You must send the parcel back to us using any courier service at your own cost.
- Your refund will be processed within 2–3 working days after we receive the returned product.

Easy Return Guide
1. Repack the Parcel
Pack the item properly so it doesn’t get damaged during delivery. Damaged items will not be accepted.
Also, include a slip with:

2. Send the Parcel
Return the parcel using any traceable courier service at your own cost to the address below:

3. Wait for Our Call
Once we receive your parcel, our team will contact you. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 2–3 working days.
Refund Policy for Customized Glasses
For customized glasses, please note the following refund terms:

If the provided prescription is correct but we are unable to deliver lenses accordingly, a full refund (including frame and lenses) will be issued.

If the prescription is incorrect and lenses have been made based on that, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

In general cases where the customer no longer wants the glasses and the prescription is valid, only the frame amount will be refunded. The lens cost is non-refundable.
